Kazadi Accuses Police of Leaking Private Video “Social Media Buzz”

Zambin filmmaker David Kazadi has alleged that law enforcement officers were responsible for leaking a private video of him that recently went viral on social media.
Speaking on the Kenny T One on One podcast, Kazadi explained that following the circulation of an earlier explicit video involving model Mwaka Halwiindi, he voluntarily reported to the police to clear the air. During this process, his phone was confiscated for investigation purposes.

To his surprise, another private video, which he claims was filmed years ago in the UK, surfaced online around the same time he was set to launch a new project, raising concerns about the timing and source of the leak.
Kazadi emphasized that while he understands Zambia’s cultural and legal stance on such matters, he expected authorities to handle his personal content with confidentiality. He questioned how sensitive media from his phone ended up in public hands, calling for accountability.

“I trusted that my data would be protected. If someone leaks private content, that’s a serious breach of privacy. Distribution is a major concern here,” he said.
